prices include shipping only on NEW custom guns. (Les Baer,
Wilson Combat, Scattergun Technologies, Novak) to buyer
unless posted in the description (example: Kimber prices add $30 UPS
Next Day Air for shipping and add $0.35 per $100 above $100 for
insurance. Guns will be shipped UPS Next Day Air as per UPS
Policy Change on October 11, 1999.

Guns
will be shipped after receipt of cashier's check, postal
money order, or certified funds (NO PayPal due to PayPal Acceptable use policy), AND a current Federal Firearms
License. All Personal Checks will be held at least 10 business days, or until the checks clear.

Partners will pay transfer fees of up to $50 after the sale
when buyer sends a receipt for any transfer charges incurred. NOTE.
This applies only to new custom guns, such as
Wilson/Brown/Baer or Novak/Heinie/Tibbets. Please call for details.

Return
privileges on used guns only (upon notification) after three
day inspection period (after UPS date of delivery) if item
is not as described. No return is allowed is the product has
been altered in any way. There is a 20% restocking fee for
all new gun returns. No Returns for credit after 3 days from
UPS date of delivery. Both parties are "out" the shipping on
any returns.

warranty service is the responsibility of the product
manufacturer(s).
